이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 수호(SUHO)(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 오디오 마스터링 서비스 "SoundRefine"(Android 앱 및 웹 서비스, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 내용)

  1. 서비스는 이용자가 선택한 오디오 파일에 EQ, 컴프레서, 리미터, 게인 조정을 적용하고 WAV 또는 MP3 파일로 저장하는 기능을 제공합니다.
  2. 오디오 처리는 이용자의 기기 또는 브라우저 안에서 이루어지며, 오디오 파일은 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
  3. 선택 기능인 AI 분석은 이용자가 직접 발급한 Google Gemini, OpenAI 또는 Anthropic Claude API 키로 해당 제공자에게 분석 수치를 보내 마스터링 설정값을 추천받는 기능입니다. 추천값은 참고용이며 음질 향상을 보장하지 않습니다.
  4. Android 앱의 기본 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 유료 기능(Pro)은 제4조에 따릅니다. 기기 메모리 보호를 위해 한 번에 처리할 수 있는 곡 수 등 일부 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
  5. Google 계정 연결(로그인)은 선택 사항이며, 연결하지 않아도 서비스의 모든 기본 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 계정을 연결하면 같은 계정으로 로그인한 앱과 웹에서 동일한 요금제가 적용됩니다.

제3조 (이용자의 책임)

  1. 이용자는 서비스에서 처리하는 오디오에 대해 필요한 저작권 및 이용 권리를 보유해야 하며, 권리 침해로 발생하는 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
  2. 이용자가 입력한 외부 AI 제공자의 API 키 관리와 그 사용으로 발생하는 요금은 이용자의 책임이며, 해당 제공자의 이용약관이 적용됩니다.
  3. 이용자는 원본 파일을 별도로 보관해야 합니다. 서비스는 원본을 변경하지 않지만, 결과 파일 저장 실패나 기기 문제에 대비한 백업은 이용자가 직접 해야 합니다.

제4조 (유료 서비스)

  1. 유료 요금제(Pro 월간·연간 구독, 평생 이용권)의 요금·제공 내용·이용 한도는 요금제 안내 및 결제 화면에 고지하며, 웹에서의 결제는 PayPal을, Android 앱에서의 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다.
  2. 구독은 결제 시점부터 선택한 주기(월 또는 년)마다 자동으로 결제되며, 무료 체험 기간을 제공하는 경우 그 기간(결제 화면에 표시)이 끝난 뒤부터 결제됩니다. 이용자는 대시보드에서 언제든 해지할 수 있으며, 해지하면 다음 자동 결제가 중단되고 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 유료 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 평생 이용권은 한 번 결제하며 자동 결제되지 않습니다. 향후 운영자 서버 비용이 발생하는 별도 기능(예: 운영자가 대신 호출하는 AI 분석)은 평생 이용권에 포함되지 않을 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 고지합니다.
  4. 청약철회·환불은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 따릅니다. 문의는 제8조 연락처로 해 주십시오.
  5. 이용자가 Google 계정을 연결해 같은 계정으로 로그인하면, 웹(PayPal)과 Android 앱(Google Play)에서 결제한 이용권이 두 곳에서 모두 인정됩니다. 계정을 연결하지 않으면 Android 앱에서 결제한 이용권은 해당 기기의 Google Play 계정에만 적용됩니다. Android 앱에서의 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템으로만 이루어지며 Google Play의 환불 정책이 함께 적용됩니다. Google Play 구독의 해지·환불은 Google Play에서, PayPal 구독의 해지는 웹 대시보드에서 할 수 있습니다.
  6. 계정을 삭제하면 계정에 연결된 구독 기록이 삭제됩니다. 활성 상태의 Google Play 구독이 있으면 먼저 Google Play에서 해지해야 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며, 이미 결제한 기간에 대한 환불은 관련 법령과 결제사의 정책을 따릅니다.

제5조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

운영자는 기능 개선, 외부 API 정책 변경(예: AI 모델 종료) 등의 사유로 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 공지합니다.

제6조 (책임의 제한)

  1. 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 운영자는 처리 결과가 특정 목적(방송·음원 유통 기준 등)에 적합함을 보증하지 않습니다.
  2. 운영자는 이용자 기기의 성능·메모리 부족, 백그라운드 전환, 외부 AI 제공자의 장애 등 운영자의 통제 밖의 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임지지 않습니다.

제7조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

부칙: 이 약관은 2026년 10월 12일부터 시행합니다. 개정 전 약관은 2026년 9월 14일부터 2026년 10월 11일까지 적용되었습니다.

Terms of Service

1. The Service

SoundRefine, operated by SUHO, applies EQ, compression, limiting, and gain to audio files you select and saves them as WAV or MP3. Processing happens on your device or in your browser; audio is never uploaded to our servers. Optional AI analysis sends numeric analysis values to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude using your own API key to suggest settings; suggestions are for reference only. The Android app's core features are free; paid features (Pro) are described in Section 3. The app may limit how many tracks are processed at once to protect device memory. Linking a Google account is optional, and every core feature works without it; if you link one, the same plan applies on the app and the web.

2. Your responsibilities

You must hold the rights to the audio you process. You are responsible for your third-party API keys and any charges they incur, under that provider's terms. Keep your own backups of original files.

3. Paid features

Paid plans (Pro monthly/yearly subscriptions and Lifetime) are paid through PayPal on the web and through Google Play billing in the Android app; pricing, features, and usage limits are shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Subscriptions renew automatically each period from the time you subscribe (or, if a free trial is offered and shown at checkout, after the trial ends). You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; billing stops and you keep paid features until the end of the period already paid for. Lifetime is a one-time payment that never renews; future features that create ongoing server costs for us (such as AI analysis we run on your behalf) may not be included, and we will announce this in advance. Withdrawals and refunds follow applicable Korean consumer law. If you link a Google account and sign in with it, plans purchased on the web (PayPal) and in the Android app (Google Play) are recognized in both places. Without linking, a purchase made in the Android app applies only to the Google Play account on that device. In-app purchases are sold only through Google Play billing, and Google Play refund policies apply; cancel Google Play subscriptions in Google Play and PayPal subscriptions from the web dashboard. Deleting your account removes the subscription records tied to it; you must cancel any active Google Play subscription first, and refunds for periods already paid follow applicable law and the payment provider's policy.

4. Changes and limitation of liability

We may change or discontinue features (for example, when an external AI model is retired) and will announce material changes in advance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control, such as device memory limits, the app being sent to the background, or third-party API outages.
