수호(SUHO)(이하 "운영자")는 오디오 마스터링 서비스 "SoundRefine"(Android 앱 및 웹 서비스, 이하 "서비스")을 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호합니다.
1. 핵심 요약
- 오디오 파일은 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다. 분석·마스터링·인코딩은 모두 이용자의 기기(앱) 또는 브라우저(웹) 안에서 처리됩니다.
- Android 앱의 모든 기능은 로그인 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. Google 계정 연결은 선택 사항이며, 앱은 광고 SDK와 분석(트래킹) SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
- AI 분석은 이용자가 직접 선택하고 본인의 API 키를 입력한 경우에만 동작하며, 이때 오디오 원본이나 파일명이 아니라 분석 수치만 이용자가 선택한 AI 제공자에게 전송됩니다.
2. 처리하는 정보와 목적

위 정보는 운영자가 수집하거나 열람할 수 없으며, 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 기기에서 함께 삭제됩니다. 단, 이용자가 저장한 결과 파일(Documents/SoundRefine)은 이용자 소유 파일로 남습니다.
2.2 계정 및 구독 정보(Google 계정을 연결하거나 웹 회원 기능을 이용하는 경우에 한함)

Android 앱에서 Google 계정을 연결하지 않으면 위 정보는 수집되지 않습니다. 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 Google Play 또는 PayPal이 처리하며 운영자는 받지 않습니다.
2.3 Android 앱의 유료 기능(구독·평생 이용권) 결제
Android 앱에서 Pro를 구매하면 Google Play 결제 시스템으로 결제되며, 구독 상태를 확인하기 위해 구독 관리 서비스인 RevenueCat(RevenueCat, Inc.)을 이용합니다. 이를 위해 로그인 여부와 관계없이 앱이 만든 임의의 기기별 식별자(무작위 ID)와 구매 내역(상품, 구매·만료 시각, 상태)이 RevenueCat 서버로 전송됩니다. Google 계정을 연결하면 이 식별자 대신 계정의 사용자 ID로 구매가 연결됩니다. 이름과 이메일 주소는 RevenueCat에 전송하지 않으며, 이 정보는 광고·추적 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 접속 시 IP 주소 등 통신 기록이 함께 처리될 수 있습니다.
2.4 라이브러리 폴더(웹, 선택 기능)
이용자가 "라이브러리 폴더"를 직접 지정하면, 브라우저의 파일 접근 권한 범위 안에서 그 폴더에 있는 오디오 파일의 이름·크기·수정일을 읽어 목록으로 보여주고, 이용자가 선택한 파일을 불러오거나 삭제(라이브러리 폴더 안의 SoundRefine_Trash 폴더로 이동)합니다. 폴더 선택 정보는 브라우저 내부 저장소(IndexedDB)에만 보관되며, 파일 목록과 오디오 파일은 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 폴더 연결은 브라우저 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자의 선택에 따라 외부로 전송되는 정보
AI 분석(선택 기능): 이용자가 Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude 중 하나를 선택하고 본인의 API 키를 입력하면, 기기·브라우저에서 해당 제공자에게 직접 다음 요청이 전송됩니다. 운영자 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
- 모델 목록 조회: 이용자의 API 키만 전송하여, 그 키로 사용할 수 있는 모델 목록을 받습니다.
- 분석 요청 전송 항목: 곡 길이(초), 로컬 분석으로 계산한 EQ 추정값(저/중/고역 dB), RMS 레벨(%), 다이내믹 레인지(dB), 이용자가 선택한 모델 이름, 이용자의 API 키
- 전송하지 않는 항목: 오디오 원본, 파일명, 기기 식별자
- 수신자: Google LLC(미국), OpenAI, L.L.C.(미국) 또는 Anthropic, PBC(미국) — 각 제공자의 개인정보처리방침과 API 이용약관이 적용되며, API 사용 요금은 이용자의 계정에 부과됩니다.
AI 분석 기능을 쓰지 않으면(기본값 "Local FFT") 어떠한 분석 정보도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

위 수탁자의 서버는 국외(미국 등)에 있을 수 있으며, 정보는 서비스 이용 시점에 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)으로 이전됩니다. Android 앱은 Google Play를 통해 배포되며, 앱 설치·업데이트 과정의 정보 처리에는 Google의 정책이 적용됩니다.
5. 권한
- 인터넷: 이용자가 요청한 AI 모델 목록 조회·AI 분석 호출
- 저장소(Android 10 이하 기기만): 마스터링 결과를 Documents 폴더에 저장. Android 11 이상에서는 요청하지 않습니다.
오디오 파일은 시스템 파일 선택기로 이용자가 직접 고른 파일에만 접근하며, 기기 전체의 음악·미디어 목록에는 접근하지 않습니다.
6. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다. 이용자가 계정 삭제를 요청하면 계정 정보와 구독 정보를 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 정보를 제외하고 즉시 삭제합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 및 관련 데이터의 삭제는 앱 메뉴(☰ → 계정 삭제) 또는 웹의 계정 삭제 페이지(soundrefine.web.app/delete-account)에서 직접 할 수 있으며, 아래 연락처로도 요청할 수 있습니다. 활성 상태의 Google Play 구독이 있으면 계정 삭제 전에 Google Play 정기 결제에서 먼저 해지해야 하며, 웹에서 PayPal로 결제한 구독은 계정 삭제 시 함께 해지됩니다. Android 앱에 저장된 정보는 기기에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거하여 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 계정 연결 또는 웹 회원 가입 시 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 외부 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
- API 키는 Android Keystore로 암호화하여 기기에만 저장하며, 운영자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 계정 정보와 구독 정보는 접근 권한 규칙으로 본인만 읽을 수 있도록 제한하며, 구독 정보는 서버만 기록합니다.

Privacy Policy

SUHO ("we") operates "SoundRefine", an audio mastering service (Android app and website, the "Service"). This summary is provided for convenience; the Korean version above prevails in case of conflict.
1. At a glance
- Your audio files are never uploaded to our servers. Analysis, mastering, and encoding run entirely on your device (app) or in your browser (web).
- Every feature of the Android app works without signing in. Linking a Google account is optional, and the app contains no advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs.
- AI analysis works only if you choose it and enter your own API key. Only numeric analysis values — never the audio or file names — are sent to the AI provider you selected.
2. Information we handle
Android app — stored only on your device and never sent to us: audio files you select (in memory while working), mastered output files (Documents/SoundRefine), optional Google Gemini/OpenAI/Anthropic Claude API keys (encrypted with Android Keystore), your chosen AI provider and model plus the fetched model list (cached up to 24 hours), and theme/language preferences. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them, except output files you saved.
Account and subscription (only if you link a Google account or use web member features) — email address, name (your Google profile name or the name you entered), a user ID assigned by the authentication service, and, if you registered on the web with email, a password (stored encrypted by the authentication provider); used for sign-in and to apply your plan across the app and the web, retained until you delete your account. Subscription records (plan, payment channel [Google Play or PayPal], dates, order/subscription ID) are used to provide paid features and handle payment disputes, and are retained until you delete your account (payment records themselves are kept separately by Google Play or PayPal as required by law). Card details are processed by Google Play or PayPal; we never receive them. If you do not link an account in the Android app, none of this is collected.
Purchases in the Android app — Pro is purchased through Google Play billing, and subscription status is managed with RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). Regardless of whether you sign in, a random per-device identifier created by the app and your purchase history (product, purchase/expiry time, status) are sent to RevenueCat. If you link an account, purchases are tied to your account's user ID instead. We do not send your name or email to RevenueCat, and we do not use this data for advertising or tracking. Network information such as your IP address may be processed when the app connects.
Library folder (web, optional) — if you choose a library folder, the site reads the names, sizes, and modification dates of audio files in that folder to list them, and opens or deletes only the files you select (deleting moves them to a SoundRefine_Trash folder inside your library folder). The folder selection is stored in your browser (IndexedDB); the file list and your audio are never sent to our servers.
3. Data sent at your request
When you choose Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude and enter your own key, your device sends requests directly to Google LLC, OpenAI, L.L.C., or Anthropic, PBC (USA). Loading the model list sends only your API key. An analysis request sends track duration, locally estimated EQ values, RMS level, dynamic range, the model you selected, and your API key. Audio, file names, and device identifiers are not sent. The provider's privacy policy and API terms apply, and API charges are billed to your account. With the default "Local FFT" engine, nothing is sent.
4. Service providers
Google LLC (Firebase Hosting, Authentication, Firestore, Google sign-in, Google Play billing — website delivery, accounts, in-app purchases), RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription status for the Android app), and PayPal (web payments, when offered). Their servers may be located outside Korea (e.g., the USA); data is transferred over HTTPS. The Android app is distributed through Google Play, where Google's policies apply.
5. Permissions
Internet (AI model lists and analysis you request) and storage on Android 10 and below only (saving results to Documents). Audio is accessed only through files you pick in the system file picker.
6. Your rights and deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time. You can delete your account and its data yourself from the app menu (☰ → Delete account) or at soundrefine.web.app/delete-account, or email us. If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play first; PayPal subscriptions are cancelled automatically when the account is deleted. Data in the Android app can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information when accounts are linked or created.

9. Changes
We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you).
